4) Paul Frommer invented a whole new language for Avatar.
Linguist Paul Frommer was tasked with developing a new language for the film and its vivid setting. Frommer is said to have started designing the language from the ground up to create something that can relate to viewers while also capturing the spirit of Na’vi.
