Al Strobel Passed Away At The Age Of 83

Al Strobel, the iconic actor, died on December 2 at the age of 83. He is most recognized for his role as Mike in Twin Peaks, dubbed The One-Handed Man. In a Facebook post, producer Sabrina S. Sutherland revealed the tragic news of his death:

“I regret to announce that Al Strobel died last night. I appreciate him.

The circumstances behind Strobel’s death are still unclear. Therefore, no funeral arrangements were made.

Over the years, Al Strobel has featured in a number of films and television series. The actor rose to prominence and acclaim for his role as Phillip Michael Gerard, commonly known as Mike, on the ABC series Twin Peaks. Strobel’s character, Mike, initially engages in a lot of nefarious behavior with the series’ other nemesis, Bob. Mike, a “resident spirit”, is only seen in the physical form of his host, Phillip Michael Gerard, a salesman who recently moved here looking for work.
