The latest update to BattleBit Remastered, version 1.9.3, has been released, bringing a host of bug fixes and tweaks. However, that is not all; Players can also look forward to exciting new content in the form of new maps and game modes. Here’s a breakdown of what’s included in this update, along with the official patch notes for July:
Patch v1.9.3 Notes
New game mode: Capture the flag!
New map: Multu . Islands
- Capture the flag, if the flag is brought to any safe zone, main base, etc., it will automatically teleport back to where the flag appeared to prevent others from keeping the flag in the safe zone.
- Improved user interface for Capture The Flag
- Spectator mode has been further improved.
- Player latency has been improved during rope climbing.
- Fixed turrets, helicopters, etc being wrongly counted as ‘shots’ in stats.
- Spawning on players will not be rewarded until the game has started.
- The tank will no longer apply torque when the wheel is not touching the ground.
- Bullets deal 2x less damage when shot through car windows.
- Salhan – City buildings in the South area have been replaced with more durable ones that will block the view from A even after destroying it.
- Adjusted Salhan and Frugis goals based on player feedback to avoid spawn camping
- Valley – Adjusted DOMI 16v16 layout.

Community server!
Our main focus this month is working on bringing together community servers and creating API access for server admins. This will allow them to customize the server settings to their preferences.
Here’s what you can expect from community servers (if the server admin chooses to host one):
- Servers are for snipers only
- Pistol-only server
- Heavy server, more competitive
- More arcade-style servers, less milsim

- Ace Of Spades style voxel server (Yes, we do! This feature is currently not public and is reserved for community servers.)

New Game Mode Implementation – Reviewing Existing Game Modes
- Our old school, one of our favorite game modes, Capture The Flag!. We are testing how this mode will work with 254 players and it will also be playable on 64vs64 and 32vs32 ratios.
- We plan to make additional improvements to Frontline as we are not completely satisfied with its current state of development.
- After Capture the Flag, we plan to test King Of The Hill game mode in future updates.

The availability of weapons and equipment varies between classes, including a range of rifles, submachine guns, machine guns, shotguns, grenades, and mines. As players progress and unlock new ranks, they will gain access to more weapons and accessories, such as scopes, tactical lights, front grips, suppressors, and magazines.
The game also incorporates character customization options, including headgear, armor, utility belts, backpacks, uniform camouflage, and body appearance, affecting survivability and portability.
Promoting an emphasis on teamwork, BattleBit Remastered uses mechanics that encourage cooperation between players. When injured, the player goes into a state of collapse, allowing teammates to respawn if they have ice. Additionally, players can strategically use explosives and vehicles to destroy certain structures, change the dynamics of the battlefield, and create new tactical opportunities.
Although voice chat is optional, the game recommends using it for better communication and coordination between players. All voice chat in the game is based on close proximity, audible only to a certain range and to players on both teams.
