Bekka Allick is an American college volleyball player. She is the daughter of Colleen Ziegelbein and Melvin Allick. Bekka and her five siblings grew up fighting against each other after being born in Texas to sports-loving parents. Colleen, her mother, was a basketball player at Northwest Missouri State. Her father, Melvin, who worked for the Texas Department of Public Safety, was also a swimmer at UNLV.
Allick, a business management student at the University of Nebraska, is the center fielder for the Cornhuskers. He currently resides in Texas and has been employed for approximately three years as an Army Training Academic Lieutenant. Colleen Ziegelbein, her mother, is originally from College Springs, Iowa. She continued her education at Northwest Missouri State University in Maryville after high school, where she earned a degree in psychology. Colleen has been a special education teacher since 2013. She currently lives in Lincoln, Nebraska.

Colleen Allick, Bekka Allick’s mother, married Bill Ziegelbein of Lincoln in 2013 after divorcing her ex-husband, Melvin, in 2011.
