CMA Touring Awards 2023
The CMA Touring Awards honor Country Music touring and recognize the dedicated professionals who make the tour a success. The awards started in 1990, took a break and returned in 2012. This year, there are new categories such as crew, back-line technicians, stage managers, support services companies and unsung hero of the year. The nomination process takes place in October, where CMA members nominate people or companies.
A task force reviewed the top candidates and selected the finalists. The awards ceremony will take place in Nashville in early 2024. Nominees include Sales Manager of the Year, Trainer/Truck Driver of the Year and FOH Engineer of the Year. Voting for winners begins December 13, 2023. The CMA Touring Awards are important for recognizing talent and hard work in the Country Music touring industry.

Vote for the CMA Touring Awards
For the CMA Touring Awards, albums and songs released between July 1 of the previous calendar year and June 30 of the year in which the awards are held are eligible for consideration. This allows for a wide variety of music to be included in the voting process. Voting was conducted by more than 7,300 individuals who are members of the Country Music Association trade group. These individuals participate in three rounds of voting to determine nominees and winners. The voting process ensures that the awards represent the collective opinions of industry experts. Through this democratic approach, the most deserving artists and their works will be recognized and celebrated.
