Diablo 4 Sorcerer Season 1 Patch 1.1 Update

The release of the Season 1 1.1 patch for Diablo 4 on July 20 brought rich and detailed patch notes. Among the notable additions are 32 Evil Hearts, along with numerous layer balance adjustments, unique item adjustments, and changes to the legendary aspects.   • Wizard’s Firewall maxed Energy recovery increased from 25% to 35%.

  • Gloves of the Illuminator Fireball damage reduction reduced from 65-75% to 55%-65%.
  • Esu’s heirloom crit chance from movement speed increased from 15-25% to 20-30%.
  • Esadora’s Overflow Cameo chance to unleash a lightning star increased from 10% to 15%.

The legendary aspect changes now exclusive to the Mage class include:

  • Aspect of Efficiency Mana cost reduction increased from 10-20% to 15-25% and now also affects Mastery Skills.
  • Armageddon Aspect Damage increased from 0.205-0.25 to 0.35-0.4.
  • Shattered Stars Aspect Damage increased from 0.15-0.2 to 0.2-0.25.
  • Serpentine Aspect Hydra reduced duration from 30-20% to 20-10%.
  • Glacial Aspect Ice Spike bonus damage to Frozen reduced from 25% to 15%.
  • Glacial Aspect Ice Spike damage increased from 0.2-0.3 to 0.25-0.35.
  • Frozen Tundra Ice Spikes damage increased from 0.25-0.35 to 0.3-0.4.
  • Frozen Wake Ice Spikes damage aspect increased from .2-.3 to .25-.35 and Chill increased from 10% to 15%.
  • Aspect of Biting Cold Chance to apply Vulnerable on Frozen enemies increased from 25-35% to 30-40%.
  • Encased Aspect Life and Mana regeneration per second increased from 10-20% to 20-30%.
  • Chance of Stable Aspects to use for free increased from 5-10% to 7-12%.
  • Aspect of Splintering Energy chance to spawn an additional Lightning Spear increased from 11-20% to 41-50%.
  • Aspect of Unbroken Tether’s chance for additional Lightning Chains increased from 25-35% to 30-40%.

Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where the Firebolt Enchantment effect did not contribute to the Burn lock passive.
  • Fixed an issue where passive stacks created by Align the Elements could partially reset in an unexpected way.
  • Fixed an issue where using Deep Freeze would prevent the Ice Shard Enchantment effect from firing.
  • Fixed an issue where Aspect of Control was applying its damage bonus 3 times to shuffled bosses.
  • Fixed an issue where Aspect of Attraction appeared weaker on two-handed weapons or amulets.
  • Fixed an issue where the Charm effect for Chain Lightning did not have a visual tracking bonus and could also unexpectedly drop.
  • Fixed an issue where Ignite would immediately consume 30 energy when used in addition to consistent transmitted energy costs. Burning now only consumes energy when it is metabolized.
