On Wednesday, November 2, 2022, CBS’s Amazing Race is back with a brand new episode and nothing short of exciting. The remaining seven teams head to France for the next leg of the race. Glenda and Lumumba were evicted from their home this week after being involved in a midway accident, and people aren’t happy about it. Glenda and Lumumba Roberts, the newlyweds, have been a fan favorite since Season 34 of The Amazing Race began earlier this year. They departed 45 minutes later than everyone else this week because they were the last team to arrive on the previous show.
Despite their best efforts to make up for time and rejoin the rest of the team, they had an unforeseen accident and once again robbed them of their time. No matter how hard they tried, the duo couldn’t keep up with the rest of the Amazing Race participants and again finished last at the pit stop.

Here’s a rundown of what happened this week on Amazing Race, season 34
As usual, teams hit roadblocks and detours this week. Teams must travel to France to attend Roadblock. The movie is titled Who Wants to Climb the Family Tree? The job requires a team member to study the ancestors of a family crest. The teams were then asked to go down to the castle and complete a memory test. Once completed, the teams receive hints for their next mission. Teams must travel down La Ferme de Turnac to uncover the next clue after their Barrier. Glenda and Lumumba were involved in a minor accident during their journey when the former backed their car into a nearby ditch.

Teams had to choose between Walnut Cracker and Medieval Gamer for their Detour. In Walnut Cracker, teams had to grind, grind, and press walnuts to extract the oil. Teams must complete three games for Medieval Players. In the end, Michael and Marcus were able to overtake their opponents and finish first at the stop. Unfortunately, after dealing with many obstacles, Glenda and Lumumba reached the end and were evicted from their home as a result.
