Gov’t Mule
Gov’t Mule, often just called “Mule,” is a popular American rock band formed in 1994. It started as a side project of the Allman Brothers Band and was created by guitarist Warren Haynes and bassist Allen Woody. Their first album, titled “Gov’t Mule,” came out in 1995, and they’ve since released nine more studio albums, along with several live recordings and short albums (EPs).
The band is known for playing at music festivals across North America and is loved for its mix of rock styles, including Southern rock, jam band, funk, and blues. They often have guest musicians from other famous bands, which adds even more variety to their music.
Gov’t Mule Announces Tour Dates
Gov’t Mule has unveiled a series of North American tour dates for their upcoming 30 Years Strong Tour in 2024. The general public had the opportunity to purchase tickets starting on October 13th at 10 a.m. local time. However, an early chance was presented with a promoter presale that opened on October 12th at 10 a.m.
The tour is scheduled to kick off at the Vogue Theatre in Vancouver before making its way to various U.S. destinations. The 13-date tour will feature stops at prominent venues such as The Wiltern Theatre in Los Angeles and the Fox Theater in Oakland.
