The Halloween Cookie Challenge, a new Food Network show, will premiere September 26 at 10 p.m. ET. The show, created just for Halloween, aims to promote unusual cookie baking methods for this scary time of year. Season 1 of the Halloween Cookie Challenge will run for six episodes and will challenge competitors to bake Halloween themed cookies. At the end of the sixth episode, the contestant who impresses the judges will be crowned the Halloween Cooking Champion and receive a great financial prize.
According to the official synopsis of the show:
“This Halloween, candy won’t be our only joy. Professional chef Jet Tila and baking queen Rosanna Pansino bring together four of the country’s best cookie makers to compete in two rounds of 3D baking, decorating and cookie creation to determine who’s the baker. scary rules! The winner will receive a candy bag for candies containing $10,000 as well as the title of Halloween Cookie Champion.”
Chefs Rosanna Pansino and Jet Tila, who will also be judges on the show, will present the Halloween Cookie Challenge. Rosanna is a baker and YouTuber, while Jet is a star chef and restaurateur. This is the first time they have been paired together.

Each episode of Halloween Cookie Challenge Season 1 will feature five participants. They will compete to see who can make the most beautiful and delicious Halloween cookies. Each hour-long version of the show will include challenges designed to make the competition more challenging. In addition to creating cookies that look a particular way, the participants will have to flavor them. The participant who wins all the missions over the course of six episodes will be crowned the champion and receive a $10,000 cash prize. The competition will be conducted in two rounds for the first episode of the Halloween Cookie Challenge, titled Halloween Costumes and Haunted House.

The contestants will be given the challenge of creating two outfits from dough in the first round. The round is described in the episode’s official synopsis as follows:
“Halloween is fast approaching, so don’t worry if you haven’t picked your outfit yet! In the first round, hosts Jet Tila and Rosanna Pansino commissioned four skilled cookie bakers to make two outfits entirely out of cookies!”

To spice up the second round, the contestants will be asked to create a 3D cookie structure. Besides, the cookies will need to have a unique taste. This round is described in the episode synopsis as follows:
“Things got weird in round two when the cookie makers created 3D haunted buildings. They use spirits such as black raspberry liqueur, watermelon liqueur, apricots and orange aperitifs to ensure their performance is mouthwateringly delicious.”
