The Green Zone is a 2010 action horror film directed by Paul Greengrass. It is based on the non-fiction book “Royal Life in the Emerald City” by journalist Rajiv Chandrasekaran, which chronicles life in Baghdad’s Green Zone during the 2003 invasion of Iraq.

On March 19, 2003, while Baghdad was under attack, Iraqi Army General Mohammed Al-Rawi fled his residence and gave his aide Seyyed a notebook containing important instructions for officers. mine. Poundstone’s forces attacked the locations listed in the manual, but Al-Rawi managed to escape. Miller captures him, but Freddy arrives and kills Al-Rawi, claiming that the fate of Iraq is not for Miller to decide. When his witness disappears, Miller lets Freddy escape.

Miller then wrote a scathing report and confronted Poundstone, who dismissed the importance of WMD.
