Pastor Jack Hayford, a Christian pastor, died in his sleep on January 8, 2023. The missionary died at the age of 88, according to reports. According to family accounts, Jack Hayford died quietly and ate dinner with his wife, Valarie, on the night of his death, as well as talking to his grandchildren.
Jack Hayford, commonly known as Pastor Jack, founded The Church On The Way in Van Nuys, California, and served as founding pastor for more than 30 years. His work as a best-selling novelist is also recognized as he has written and co-written more than 50 novels. In addition, the pastor wrote 500 hymns and choirs. Pastor Jack, former president of Foursquare Gospel, is remembered.
Jack was a famous Christian leader who was admired by the public for his teachings and wisdom. In addition to his other roles, he was President of the International Foursquare Evangelical Church (ICFG) from 2004 to 2009. When the pastor died, Foursquare Church paid tribute to the former archbishop system by a series of tweets.

“Pastor Jack is a Kingdom ambassador whose influence extends beyond denominations, generations, and continents. Jack’s personal life was modeled by his zeal for Spirit-filled worship, fervent intercession, and biblical teaching that exposed Jesus. He really lived the life he wanted others to join.
His four daughters, 11 grandchildren, great-grandchildren and second wife, Valarie, survived. Hayford’s first wife, Anna Smith, died in 2017, after which the pastor remarried and married Valarie.
