Christopher went on to say,
“Most children never meet their father. I spent every sober minute of my existence with him in some way. If there is a Heaven, I hope to see you there, Dad. And I look forward to seeing you soon. Zucchero, Joseph Zachary From February 21, 1954 to March 1, 2023.”
Criminal Minds star Joe Mantegna also paid tribute to Zucchero, writing on Twitter that his wife stunned him on his birthday 35 years ago with a celebration led by Mr. Beef held in Chicago. Senator Dick Durbin of Illinois also paid tribute to Joe. He wrote on Twitter:
