Kevin Conroy’s acting career began in theatre.
Conroy, born November 30, 1955, received a scholarship to the Juilliard School’s drama department in 1973 and graduated in 1978. He later performed with John Houseman’s acting company, The Acting Company, on tour. National tour of Ira Levin’s play Deathtrap.
Kevin then moved to California in 1980 and starred in a recurring part on the daytime television series Another World. He later appeared in plays such as Hamlet as well as other classical and modern theatrical performances. In 1985, he returned to television with Covenant, a television series, and starred in shows such as Dynasty, Ohara, Tour of Duty, Cheers, Search for Tomorrow, Matlock, and others.
