MTV is gearing up to launch its ultimate game show, Love at First Lie, and viewers can’t wait to see who all the liars are. The series will premiere on MTV on October 12 at 9:30 p.m. ET, with the first episode lasting an hour and a half. After the show airs on television, fans will be able to watch it on the MTV and Paramount+ websites.
This season will consist of 12 episodes and winners will be able to take home up to $100,000 if they play the game correctly. The couples on the show will have to recognize the couples that are not real, and viewers will have the opportunity to do so while watching the episodes. Tori Spelling will host the show and fans from over 170 countries will try to spot the liars.
Rules and Format of Love at First Lie
Love at First Lie will follow eight couples who live together, but some of them are actors who may be oblivious to their fake relationship. Couples in the program will together participate in a variety of related tasks, which will help participants identify fake duos. At the end of each show, competitors will vote to eliminate a possible false partnership in a truth ceremony. If they complete the task successfully, they will receive $25,000 in their bounty pool; otherwise they will get nothing. The last remaining pair will receive the full amount, possibly worth $100,000.

Fans can try to spot liars while watching the show, advises Tori Spelling, but they won’t get any bonuses like Love at First Lie’s rival.
Who will be in the first season of Love You From the First Lie?

Riani and Chantz

Josh is 24 years old and Monica is a Cuban from New Jersey, 25 years old. The couple met on Instagram and have been dating for a year and ten months. Monica nearly missed the couple’s first date due to an eye condition, which is a funny detail about her.
Brian and Karla
Karla is 28 years old and Brian is 25 years old. Both are from Rhode Island and met at a casino. Brian pretends to lose the game, and Karla gives him her business card. After this meeting, the couple went bowling together, and the rest is history.
