Mark Houck was arrested in front of his children during a SWAT raid on his home.
According to reports, on October 13, 2021, Houck assaulted a 72-year-old man identified in the indictment as “BL” outside Planned Parenthood Elizabeth Black Medical Center in Philadelphia.
