Claudia Sandoval (Winner)
After winning MasterChef Season 6, Claudia worked as an Events Manager in La Mesa, California. She released her cookbook titled “Claudia’s Cocina: A Taste of Mexico” just a month after her victory. Claudia also launched her catering business, gave cooking classes, opened a Mexican bakery called “El Cochi Dorado” in June 2020, and became a judge on MasterChef Latino. She’s also been involved in charity work and has raised over $450,000. As of 2022, she lives in San Diego with her daughter.

Derrick Peltz (Runner-up)
Derrick, formerly known as Derrick Fox, was a drummer in Florida before participating in the show. After MasterChef, he did numerous pop-up dining events across the USA, helped with a restaurant opening in LA, got married and adopted his wife’s last name (Derrick Fox), and launched his podcast “A Bunch of Losers” in 2022.

Stephen Lee
tephen worked as an urban gardener in Palm Springs. He now works as a private chef, appears on different cooking programs as a guest, and offers private cooking/catering services. He also has a “food experience” called the Food Department.

Nick Nappi
Nick, who worked as a dishwasher sales rep in California, became a chef at various establishments, including Bar One in San Diego. As of 2022, he’s a “cannabis chef” and co-founder of Nappi Roots Culinary, specializing in cannabis-inspired food.
Katrina Kozar
Katrina, an Administrative Assistant in Wisconsin, started offering private chef services and selling a special homemade gourmet mustard. She also has her spice brand named Mustard Queens, which is available for purchase online.
Hetal Vasavada
Hetal, a startup developer from New Jersey, launched her own online bakery and published a cookbook titled “Milk & Cardamom: Spectacular Cakes, Custards and More, Inspired by the Flavors of India.” She is a freelance recipe developer, digital marketer, and food blogger at Milk and Cardamom.
