Penelope Ann Miller was born in Los Angeles, California, to costume designer Beatrice (née Ammidown), a journalist, journalist, actor and television producer Mark Miller. Her mother is the editor of Harper’s Bazaar and the goddaughter of tycoon Aristotle Onassis.
