Hansson and Spotify finally broke up in 2017, ending their decades-long relationship. After leaving, she worked as an advisor and investor for several companies and non-profit organizations.
Hansson and former Spotify Head of Global Licensing, Niklas Ivarsson, joined the advisory board of Tracklib, a model licensing business based in Stockholm, in February 2019.
