Rebel Wilson startled her followers last week when she revealed that she had discreetly welcomed a baby girl through surrogacy. The new mom took to Instagram to post a picture of her baby, alongside which she revealed the baby’s name is Roycie Lillian. The baby is wearing a pink pajamas, holding unicorn shoes and gloves in the photo. Wilson declared herself “proud” to announce the birth of her first child, describing her as a “beautiful miracle”. Rebel Wilson highlighted her fertility struggles on the cover of People Magazine in May 2019, revealing that her fertility could have been better had she been healthier:

Wilson says she lost more than 80 pounds after starting the weight loss program, adding:
“It was never a goal to lose weight.” It’s just the best version of me.
The actress also has polycystic ovary syndrome, which can interfere with conception. Wilson said in the interview that if she wanted to start a family, she would prefer to “do things alone” due to her “circadian clock”.
