Rotimi and Vanessa Mdee are expecting their second child. While chatting with People, the couple confirmed the news, saying,

“We are delighted to announce the arrival of our newborn daughter.” What a lovely proof of God’s goodness. We are ecstatic.”

Photos posted by People show the couple revealing they are having a baby girl as Rotimi opens an umbrella causing pink confetti to fall on them. They already have a son, Seven, born last September. Rotimi and Vanessa revealed the baby’s name and posted a close-up photo of him on their Instagram profiles. Rotimi shared the news on Instagram, writing: “Feeling lucky.”

The couple also told People about the birth of their first child, saying they were delighted to meet their son. They commented that everything about the experience was a new challenge for them as first-time parents and they enjoyed it. The couple met at a party after the Elite Festival in New Orleans and have been together ever since. They plan to get married in Atlanta in December 2020.
