The Hong Kong native holds an MBA from Harvard Business School. She attended Phillips Exeter Academy in high school and then Georgetown University to study English literature. Sara previously worked as an analyst at Morgan Stanley and Perella Weinberg Partners before starting her own firm. In 2013, the businessman founded Sarita Academy, China’s first etiquette school. Fast Company magazine named her school one of the “World’s 50 Most Innovative Companies” in 2014.
Sara was also named one of “Forbes Asia’s Women to Watch 2013” and one of the BBC’s “100 Women of 2015.” She is also the author of the best-selling book “Finishing Touch: Good Manners for the Debutante” in Chinese.
