Scott Andrew Frost, born January 4, 1975, is a former American football coach and player. The Wood River High School graduate began his college career at Stanford before transferring to Nebraska. Scott became the first Nebraska head coach since Bill Jennings (1957-1961) not to have a winning season. Finally, Nebraska couldn’t take it anymore and fired Scott on September 11, 2022. That was one day after the Cornhuskers’ 45-42 home loss to Georgia Southern.
