Splatoon 3’s Storyline
Splatoon 3’s thrilling storyline. Put on the ink bottle and get ready to explore the mysterious underground city of Alterna, battle Octarian’s mutant enemies and uncover the truth behind the stolen Great Zapfish.
Our adventure begins when the old squid, Craig Cuttlefish, leads us into a dangerous crater covered with deadly Fuzzy Ooze. It is here that we are recruited by Cuttlefish into the new Squidbeak Splatoon as Agent 3, along with our trusty Salmonid companion known as “Little Buddy”. Little Buddy proved invaluable as it devoured and destroyed parts of the dangerous liquid, allowing us to move deeper into the crater.
In the depths, we encounter the enemies of Octarian, who have undergone a special mutation, now adorned with fur. The cuttlefish suspects them of stealing the Great Zapfish, the power source for Splatsville. Our mission becomes clear: we must confront these dim-witted Octarians and retrieve the stolen Zapfish.
After a fierce battle with the leader of the Octarian, DJ Octavio, the ground below us gave way, sinking Cuttlefish and Agent 3 into the ruins of Alterna. Here we meet again Callie, Marie and the Captain, the protagonists of the first game. To our dismay, we discover that Cuttlefish has gone missing and the underground city has been turned into Octarian’s base.
In Alterna, we encounter the Deep Cut idol group, who are also searching for treasure in the city. Suspicion and rivalry arose as we were repeatedly led to members of the Deep Cut, engaging in wars for supposedly valuable loot. However, it is clear that treasure is nothing more than trash, and our true enemy is revealed.
Mr. Grizz, the CEO of Grizzco and the organizer of the Salmon Run, is responsible for kidnapping the Cuttlefish, stealing the Great Zapfish, and assembling an army of Octarians. His grand plan involves using Fuzzy Ooze to convert life into mammals, in order to restore mammalian dominance on Earth. This destructive plan threatens all other life forms.
As we progressed through the challenges and defeated each member of Deep Cut, it became clear that their intentions were lofty. They want to sell the treasure for charity. Uniting against a common enemy, we join forces with Deep Cut to confront Mr. Grizz.
Using treasure to craft a cutting device, we make our way to the central rocket in Alterna, where the Cuttlefish is kept. However, a heart-stopping spectacle awaits us as Sir Grizz reveals his plan to detonate a rocket, engulfing the entire Earth in Fuzzy Ooze and sacrificing all life, except mammals, for its vision.
In an unexpected heroic moment, the Captain rehydrates the cuttlefish with their tears as soon as Sir Grizz launches the rocket. With the help of DJ Octavio and Little Buddy, who takes the form of a giant coho salmon known as “Hugefry”, we engage in an epic battle against Mr. Grizz and finally destroy the rocket.
Agents 3, Little Buddy and Octavio triumphantly return to Earth, clutching the Great Zapfish. Meanwhile, Mr. Grizz hovers in space, his menacing plans thwarted. As the credits begin, a sense of victory fills the air, but Splatoon 3’s ink-filled adventures have only just begun.
Now that the Great Zapfish has been restored, we can continue our ink-filled adventure in Splatsville, knowing we have conquered the forces of darkness and preserved the diverse life of the world in which we live. called home.
