BIG CHANGE
Large, like the number of PORTALS IN NORMAL!?
CHARACTER
InfiniTeam has too much power in the early game. We are satisfied with the position of InfiniTeam 7 so we will leave it where it is: infinity…or 85%.
Quickdraw has been affected vertically since we nerfed Lucian and Miss Fortune. We’re a bit slow in the draw here, but it’s more rewarding to commit to doing it now.
Star Guardian is about to have a new friend and with his arrival it becomes easier to use this trait so we are nerfing everything but Star Guardian 8 to make up for it. cover. The friend is Urgot. Sorry, I was just too excited.
- Team Infini’s Health and Damage: 50/55/85 % 45/50/85%
- Quick Draw Bonus Damage: 70/140/220% ⇒ 70/150/235%
- Star Guardian Mana Regen: 35/70/120/175 30/60/100/175
UNIT: LEVEL 1
Gangplank has an Attack Speed buff that makes him stronger with Duel and is a holder of AD items if you feel like it—but Kayle can be used here because…
Kayle is getting some significant buffs to make her less of a deadly unit in the Underground and Duel systems. Maybe win-streak Underground will emerge? Not likely though.
We’re sending a HUGE offer for 3-star Lux that goes beyond our 50% power-ups for 3-star units. So give her a try, especially with Hero Augment, Illuminating Singularity!
- Gangplank AS: 0.7 0.75
- Kayle Starfire Spellblade AD ratio: 155% ⇒ 175%
- Kayle Starfire Sword Magic Base Damage: 25/35/50 ⇒ 30/45/65
- Lucian Chrono-Barrage’s Passive On Attack: 20/30/45 25/35/50
- Lux Lucent Single Point Damage: 230/345/520 ⇒ 240/360/600
UNIT: LEVEL 2
Fiora will become more resilient for the next few seconds after casting the move. Pair her with Bloodthirster, Death’s Dance, and Infinity Edge not because those items are good for her, but because she really likes swords, so that would be a good thing.
- Fiora En Garde! Damage Reduction: 20% ⇒ 25%
UNIT: LEVEL 3
Rammus left the studio with a big bang. Mort eventually agreed with Rammus and decided to give him an extra layer of armor included in his passive. This summoner is equivalent to how Mort rates his affection for Rammus on a scale of 1 to 10. Together with you, Mort and Rammus, we’ve made some big strides in this series and I want to thank all of you for accompanying Mort on his personal growth journey and discovering his feelings for Rammus. Rammus won’t be returning for the next episode.
- Rammus max mana: 60/120 50/110
- Armored Sand Slayer Rammus: 60/90/150 ⇒ 61/91/151
- Riven Bunny Blade’s Enhanced Attack Damage: 90/135/225 ⇒ 100/150/250
UNIT: LEVEL 4
Bel’Veth gains a buff that allows her Endless Party to reach infinity faster.
Neeko didn’t get a chance to shine much in this series. Maybe it’s because she’s too busy trying to be someone else and not herself. We love Neeko for who she really is and are sending a buff for that reason—and because she’s a bit weak.
- Aatrox Soul Crush Damage (Both Actives): 220/330/1200 ⇒ 250/375/1200
- Bel’Veth’s attack speed per cast of Endless Banquet: 30% ⇒ 35%
- Neeko Leap Frog Damage: 75/110/300 ⇒ 80/120/360
- Neeko Big Leap (3rd) Frog Damage: 150/225/700 ⇒ 160/240/720
- Warwick’s hack & AD ratio: 460/480/1200% 500/500/1500%
UNIT: LEVEL 5
We love our underperforming 5s to make sure they turn out to be heroes!
Monster Attack! begins with the biggest Star Guardian superman’s misguided attempts to join the team. And with our final patch, dreams (and memes) really come true now that Urgot is a Star Guardian. His Undertow wave now also gives you a 1-star clone of any unit it deals lethal damage (read: make friends). To make up for this added power, we had to drastically reduce his mana. Bring the waves of friendship!
- Fiddlesticks Dark Harvest Damage: 90/135/800 ⇒ 100/150/800
- Leona Max Mana Gain: 0/75 0/50
- Ezreal’s Ultimate AD: 60 ⇒ 64
- Ezreal Ultimate Attack Speed: 0.9 ⇒ 0.95
- Urgot is now a Star Guardian Threat
- If Urgot’s Undertow wave deals deadly damage, a chest will spawn with a 1-star clone of the friend he befriended along the way.
- Urgot mana reduction: 80/160 100/200
HERO STRENGTHENING
We’re buffing ALL Hero Boosts that are even slightly less effective. Give them a try!
- Lucian – Enchanting Ammo base AP: 20 ⇒ 30
- Poppy – Steadfast Presence HP Shield: 325 375
- Renekton – Reign of Anger ATK per 100 missing HP: 5% ⇒ 6%
- Wukong – Mana Recovery: 50% ⇒ 66%
- Fiora – Great Trial Heal Percentage: 9% ⇒ 12%
- Malphite – Solid Rock – Armor to Ability Power Ratio: 111% ⇒ 130%
- Shen – Time Knife Bonus Damage: 250% ⇒ 300%
- Bel’Veth – Void Mother’s Blood: 60% ⇒ 88%
- Ekko – Destructive Resonance Increases Damage: 200% ⇒ 240%
- Ekko – Time Break stun duration: 10 seconds ⇒ 8 seconds
- Ekko – Stun Duration: 2 ⇒ 2.5 seconds
- Miss Fortune – Golden Rain Phase 3: 8 10
- Miss Fortune – Golden Rain Stage 4+: 20 25
- Neeko – Magic Power of Starlight Resonance when cast: 15 ⇒ 18
- Janna – Overreport weather bonus: 100% ⇒ 200%
- Syndra – Unhelpful AS Ratio per ally dies: 40% ⇒ 75%
FIXES
- Lost in space: Fixed interactive animation missing sound effects in Mecha Prime Zero arena
- MY EYES: Fixed an issue with all levels of PROJECT: Burno where their eye textures appeared broken on many animations.
