Jenna Ortega, Barry Keoghan and The Weeknd have been confirmed to appear in Trey Edward Shults’ upcoming project, according to Variety. Everything, including the plot and location of the movie, is being kept secret for the time being.
Shults will direct from a script co-written with actor and producing collaborator Reza Fahim. The Weeknd, Fahim, Kevin Turen and Harrison Kreiss will create the picture, with Schultz and Ortega serving as executive producers. The Weeknd has been working on this idea for a while and recently contacted Trey Edward Shults. The filmmaker agreed to work with him, and Ortega and Keoghan were cast in the main parts.
