To start the Flute Player’s Plan side adventure, make your way to the Highland Stable in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom (TOTK) game. Inside the stables, talk to the owner, who will cover an incident involving Pyper, a flute player. Pyper accidentally burned a tree and has been on the run ever since, but he’s still very close.
To find Pyper, head north from Highland Stable to coordinates 0529, -3394, 0057. Find a tree at this location and climb it. At the top of the tree you will find Pyper himself. When talking to him, he will explain that the fire was an unintended accident. His original intention was to create a “glow tree” for his friend Haite. Now, Pyper needs your help in collecting 10 sunset fireflies to complete his plan.
To catch sunset fireflies and collect them for Pyper, refer to the following guide for the best locations and farming methods in Zelda TOTK.

The Flute Player’s Plan is a Side Adventure Quest in the game “The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.” This quest is an optional attempt that can be taken at any point in the game. However, it is necessary to complete one of the Great Goblin Quests called “Serenade to Kaysa”, available at the Suburban Stables.
In “The Flute Player’s Plan”, the player is tasked with assisting a missing flutist named Pyper. Pyper’s goal is to create a glowing tree to revive a young girl’s spirit. To embark on this quest, the player must travel to the Highland Stable located in the Faron region, far south outside Lake Hylia.
While in Highland Stable, the player will begin searching for Pyper and engage in various quests and interactions to aid him in achieving his goals. By completing this Adventure Side Quest, the player contributes to the story and progression of the game and assists Pyper in his quest to bring joy to the young girl.
Tears of Gameplay Kingdom
Get ready for an exciting adventure in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom! This epic game continues the open-world action-adventure gameplay that made its predecessor, Breath of the Wild. As the brave hero, Link, you will explore the vast and breathtaking landscapes of Hyrule, including two new areas: the Sky Islands and the Depths. But be prepared, for danger lurks around every corner.
You will need to collect weapons, resources and complete quests to overcome the challenges that await you. In Tears of the Kingdom you will discover amazing new gadgets called Zonai devices. These nifty tools will not only aid you in combat, but also provide propulsion and assist in exploration.
And forget about the old runes from the previous game—welcome to five brand new powers: Ultrahand, Fuse, Ascend, Recall, and Autobuild. With Ultrahand, you can pick up and manipulate objects, and even combine them to create incredible items. Fuse allows you to enhance your weapons and shields by combining them with different materials, creating some incredibly powerful gear. And that’s just the beginning!
Of course, you can’t forget the iconic Korok Shrines and Seeds. Clearing the Temple will grant you the Light of Blessing, and when you collect enough, you can increase the heart container or expand your stamina wheel. And the mischievous Koroks are back, giving you the chance to expand your storage capacity. Who doesn’t love carrying around lots of weapons, shields and bows?
But Depth is where things really get interesting. These mysterious abysses contain a dangerous substance called Gloom. Beware of enemies covered in Gloom—they can temporarily lower your max heart. To restore your health, you need to return to the Surface or find the Lightroot, a wonderful glowing plant found in the Depths.
So prepare, embrace the adventure and prepare to embark on a thrilling journey through Hyrule in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom!
