In “FBoy Island” Season 3, contestants Kris T., Shaun P., and Ian M. were identified as FBoys and eliminated due to their insincere intentions, highlighting the show’s focus on distinguishing genuine love seekers from those playing games.
FBoy Island
“FBOY Island” is a dating reality TV show in the United States. The show started on July 29, 2021, and it airs on HBO Max. The program is hosted by Nikki Glaser and focuses on three women who are trying to figure out if 24 men are sincere about relationships or if they are just trying to play games with women’s feelings.
In each season, the women meet different men and have to decide if these men are looking for genuine relationships (often called “nice guys”) or if they are just trying to use women for fun and not serious about commitment (often called “fboys”). The show tries to explore the intentions of these men in the dating scene.
The first season aired in 2021 and was followed by a second season in 2022. Unfortunately, in December 2022, the show was canceled, and plans to find a new home for the series were made. However, in March 2023, The CW network decided to pick up the show for a third season, giving it another chance. Along with the third season, a spinoff called “FGIRL Island” was also announced.
The show is set in the Cayman Islands and is produced by several companies including STXalternative and TheYearOfElan Productions. The concept of the show involves drama, emotions, and the complexities of modern dating, making it an interesting watch for viewers
Who are the FBoys on FBoy Island Season 3?
On “FBoy Island” Season 3, there were a few guys who were considered FBoys, meaning they were not there for the right reasons and were potentially insincere about finding love. Here are some of the FBoys from the show:
Kris T.
Age: 25
Hometown: San Diego
Occupation: Sales for a medical marketing company
Kris T. gave off a bad vibe from the start, and all three women sensed that something was off during their first impressions game. In Episode 1, Katie placed him in her bottom two, and he was eventually eliminated by Hali in Episode 2 because his vibes didn’t change.
Shaun P.
Age: 29
Hometown: Los Angeles
Occupation: Personal trainer
Shaun was the first to be eliminated in Episode 1. During a group date, another contestant warned Hali about Shaun, suggesting that he wasn’t genuinely there for love. Hali heeded this advice and correctly identified Shaun as an FBoy.
Ian M.
Age: 22
Hometown: Nashville
Occupation: Hospitality and branding agency
Ian M. initially told the women that he was 25, but he told the men his real age, which was 22. Daniella discovered this age inconsistency and used it as a reason to eliminate him in Episode 1.
These FBoys were not in the show for the right reasons, and they were ultimately sent home by the contestants who saw through their insincere intentions. The show is all about finding out who is genuine about love and who might be playing games.

FBoy Island Show Format
The show, hosted by comedian Nikki Glaser, is about three women and 24 men. Half of the men say they’re nice guys, meaning they want a real relationship and to share a $100,000 prize. The other half call themselves fboys and compete for the whole $100,000 cash prize.
In each episode, the women pick men to go on dates with, and these men are typically between 22 and 35 years old. At the end of the episode, three men are chosen to be eliminated, and it’s revealed whether they are genuinely nice guys or not.
The eliminated nice guys go to a place called the “Nice Guy Grotto” in a fancy limousine. The fboys, sometimes called Lotharios, are sent to “Limbro,” which is less comfortable and has bamboo huts, simple beds, and pillows made of hay.
Somewhere in the first half of the series, the remaining male contestants reveal whether they’re a nice guy or an fboy to both the women and the audience. It’s important to note that the show always uses the abbreviation “fboy” and never the full term “fuckboy.”
The show isn’t just for entertainment; the creator, Elan Gale, also wants to see if people can change for the right person. This means the fboys might become better partners, and the nice guys can get recognition for their personality.
In a nutshell, the show is about women trying to find the right men for a real relationship while navigating through a mix of nice guys and fboys, with a cash prize at stake. It also explores the possibility of personal growth and change.
