Arsène Wenger, full name Arsène Charles Ernest Wenger, was born on October 22, 1949 in Strasbourg, Alsace, France to parents Alphonse and Louise Wenger. He also has two siblings. His parents owned and operated an auto parts company. He attended a school in Obernai.
He also served in the army and fought on the Eastern Front when he was 24 years old in October 1944. As for his education, he completed a three-week language course at Cambridge.
