Chip Kelley, also known as Charles Edward Kelly, is a football coach in the United States. He has served as the head coach of the UCLA Bruins. Previously, he served as head coach of the NFL (National Football League) twice, once with the Philadelphia Eagles from 2013 to 2015 and once with the San Francisco 49ers in 2016. Chip Kelly Biography
Chip Kelly was born and raised in Dover, New Hampshire. He graduated from Manchester Central High School and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in physical education from the University of New Hampshire in 1990.
He played defensively at Manchester Central and offensively at the University of New Hampshire. He used to play basketball and ice hockey in high school, in addition to football.

Chip Kelly was promoted to head coach in Oregon on March 31, 2009. He came to national attention in October 2009, when the Ducks defeated the USC Trojan. He ranks as the first Pac-ten coach to win an all-conference competition in his first coaching season. By becoming the first coach since 1995 to send his Ducks team to the Rose Bowl. On December 7, 2009, he was named “PAC-10 coach of the year” for his outstanding contributions. He’s only the second Ducks head coach to receive this honor.
