Next Level Chef season 2 will bring together 18 chefs from all over the country to compete in the most epic and unique culinary battle ever. Gordon Ramsay, Nyesha Arrington and Richard Blais will guide the chefs as they are split into six teams. Vincent Alia was one of six chefs selected to work with Team Gordon Ramsay.
Vincent Alia, a 43-year-old home cook, is from Columbia, South Carolina. He currently works as a firefighter in Westminster, Massachusetts.
Next-level chef rival Vincent “Vinny” Alia has been in the US Navy for four years.
Vincent graduated from Leominster High School in 1997 and spent four years in the US Navy before joining the Leominster Fire Department and EMT in 2004. He is a self-taught chef who enjoys cooking for his fire brigade. . He specializes in chicken piccata. Vincent is known for “putting the elements together” to see what he can create. His Italian family is responsible for his lifelong passion for cooking, which he developed at a young age.

A single parent, Vincent is raising his 9-year-old daughter, Madison. He had a heart attack in December and will be watching the first episode at home with his daughter, two nieces, Erin McKenna, the mother of his daughter and her husband, Dave, as well as his sister Ashley and her husband there, Mike.
He is currently unable to work but enrolled in the Mount Wachusett Community College online course. In an interview, Vincent said:

While watching the first season of Next Level Chef, Alia’s co-star Shawn Phillips filled out a 40-page application for him, writing “Firehouse’s Chef” on the application. Vincent was caught off guard when the show’s producers asked for some photos and said:
“I am simply the fireman’s chef. I don’t own any of the dishes, and I don’t know how to make things tasteful.”

The photos got him an interview, and the producers liked his style and background. He was allowed to participate in the show, but he tested positive for Covid in London, where he planned to film for the competition. Alia finally met his Next Level Chef mentors after the producers gave him five days to be onsite. In an interview, he described the entire event as “bogus”, adding:
“It was like being pushed into the NFL as a high school football player.”
Vincent mentioned that speed, presentation, taste and delivery were all important aspects of his experience of the show.

Nyesha J. Arrington, Gordon Ramsay and Richard Blais are mentors for Next Level Chef season 2. They will aim to bring out the best in the six members of the team, who will be mentored by them until the end. they find “one” biggest competitor.
